Coming together
Every session is attuned to where you are at that day, while simultaneously holding the bigger picture of what you are shifting towards. One of the most powerful places to start, is with discovering how you want to feel and beginning to create this state within you. Maybe you’re wanting qualities of lightness, laughter, open-heartedness, and feeling centered. We begin by shifting your state, based in the neuroscience of change, to feel the way you want to feel, more often, in more ways and contexts.
These sessions are experiential, creative and collaborative! Changework is about leaning into possibility, a willingness to shift a story or belief into a more expansive supportive way forward. We may tune into a problem or pattern you’ve been experiencing but we don’t stay there long, we may weave back and forth through an old pattern, but we are meeting to transform and dissolve what you’ve outgrown.
In a session, we are working together for change. Sometimes in changework, shifts happen quickly, other times we may meet a part, or parts of you that are more protective and tender about changing and healing. These parts may even be the reason you’ve come to see me ~ feeling stuck or confused can be forms of protection we developed when we had no other resources. We meet these protective and tender parts of you with curiosity and compassion, together.
Parts work introduces us to a profound realization, “We contain multitudes” or what we may call sub-personalities or parts. Healing that takes place through parts work reveals to us our Authentic Self, Core Self or Soul. Whatever resonates most with you. Differentiating between our Soul’s Energy and a “part” or aspect of us can create massive shifts. Our intuition grows, our clarity and energy grows as we unburden our old roles, rules and beliefs, through compassionate listening and understanding.
You may be new to Hypnosis, and if you are, here are a few notes to make it feel more accessible. Hypnosis is a technique that shifts us into a deeply relaxed focused state of awareness, connecting you to your subconscious mind, where we can make deep lasting changes and access resources far beyond what we have access to in an ordinary state of awareness. Its origins are ancient and is as easeful as becoming fully immersed in watching a movie. In this relaxed state you can change meanings and associations that may be causing you confusion or harm ~ this is an intuitive process of discovery, led by your subconscious mind. I am here to facilitate your own inner intimacy.
