I offer experiential, personalized healing and transformation through a multi-layering of modalities. Whatever you’ve been struggling with in your life, we begin with you, moving toward what is most emergent and resourceful for you now. Together, we create the conditions for shifts to occur through energy work, hypnosis and neuroscience, somatics, breathwork, parts work (including IFS), and creative processes.

This process is intended for those who are ready to be active participants in their own change ~ to experience yourself as a whole person, beyond mental processing; to allow old habits to transform, be traded in, or fall away through an ecological process of working with your inner ecosystem; and to expand your capacity to embody possibility, creative solutions, flexibility, and centeredness in times of change.

Knowing that, however we work together, we are all ways in the process of growing and developing the experience of how you want to be feeling, more and more often, in more and more contexts.
